  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, BlitzCast ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, BlitzCast ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, as well as other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

     

    Pre-orders

    Low Price Guarantee
    Pre-order any product, and if the price drops before the release date, you will be charged the lower price.

    Payment Processing
    Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed. In some cases, we will process your order and authorize your credit card up to 30 days before the release of the product. This allows us to guarantee that you get the product as it is supplied and sshipped directly from the factory.

    Availability
    Occasionally, the amount of a product available is limited. If this happens, we will process the online orders in the order in which they were received.

    Promotional Items
    From time to time, BlitzCast will offer a special promotional item with a pre-order. Due to limited availability, these items are only available while supplies last.


    Delivery
    Orders containing both pre-orders and in-stock merchandise will be broken into separate shipping groups. Each group will be shipped as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Handling charges will apply to each shipping group independently.

    In an effort to ship pre-orders as quickly as possible, sometimes we use external resources to “drop ship” merchandise to you directly from the source. This eliminates the time it takes to ship product to our warehouse before shipping it to you. Due to the tight time constraints, some orders will not make it into our drop ship process. Those orders are shipped directly from our warehouse or factory.

    Some of the order types that will typically miss our drop ship process are:

        * Pre-orders received by us too close to the release date. Cut-off dates are normally three or four days in advance of the ship date.
        * Postal orders like, P.O. Box, APO/FPO and Value Shipping.
        * Pre-orders that fail our credit authorization process.

    Pre-order Release Dates
    BlitzCast works tirelessly to ensure accurate release dates on our site. Occasionally, we may run into problems during the production process and the release date must be changed. Sometimes dates move forward; more often they move back, and frequently they get changed more than once.

    If a product is scheduled for release far in the future, the factory may not provide give guaranteed shipping a date. In those cases we rely on the collective wisdom of our staff to estimate a date based on our knowledge of the industry and production process.

    We guarantee that we will always post the best release date information available at the time of our posting.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. BlitzCast is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • BlitzCast charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    WARRANTY COVERAGE

    BlitzCast's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: BlitzCast Computer, Inc. ("BlitzCast") warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, at its option BlitzCast will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes BlitzCast's property. When a refund is given, your product becomes BlitzCast's property. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE If you purchased the product in the U.S., deliver the product, at your expense, to any BlitzCast Authorized Reseller located in U.S.. Be aware, however, that not all countries have BlitzCast Authorized Reseller and not all Authorized Resellers outside the country of purchase have all parts or replacement units for the product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced in the country it is in, it may need to be sent to a different country or returned to the country of purchase at your expense for repair or replacement. Some products may be eligible for Express Mail/Courier Service within the United States. Express Mail/Courier Service involves mailing the product directly to BlitzCast. To determine if the product is eligible for this service, call an BlitzCast Authorized Reseller in the U.S., or call BlitzCast directly at the telephone numbers set out in the service and support reference material accompanying the product. If the product qualifies for this service, the telephone representative will provide further information and instructions. To locate an BlitzCast Authorized Reseller refer to the service and support reference materials accompanying the product or visit our web site at http://www.BlitzCast.com/. When you contact the BlitzCast Authorized Reseller, you will be asked to furnish your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a description of the product(s), purchase date, and the appropriate BlitzCast serial number(s). EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for BlitzCast that can be identified by the "BlitzCast" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-BlitzCast hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with BlitzCast hardware. Non-BlitzCast manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranties. Software distributed by BlitzCast under the BlitzCast brand name (including, but not limited to system software) is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Refer to the BlitzCast Software License Agreement for more information. BlitzCast and its Authorized Reseller are not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media, or any non-BlitzCast product or part not covered by this warranty. Recovery and reinstallation of system and application software and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty. This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-BlitzCast products; (b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an BlitzCast Authorized Reseller; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of BlitzCast; or (d) if any BlitzCast serial number has been removed or defaced THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BlitzCast SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.     You may return any items sold and fulfilled by BlitzCast within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just visit our online eTicket Support site and submit a Return Request (www.blitzcast.info), to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #. A RMA request must be made within 30 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with BlitzCast’s return policy.
    • If the RMA is approved, a RMA # will be issued. The online support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to BlitzCast.
    • In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned to the BlitzCast warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA.
